Meet the Head Chef
Andy Holmes has worked in Oz and in the UK. A sous chef under Simon Rogan at the Bailifescourt Hotel and apprentice to Richard Bertien at Rhinefield House, he’s come a long way since helping his grandparents in their sweetshop. As well as heading up Reading’s Malmaison Brasserie, Andy is a graduate of the Valhrona Chocolate School.
